Large living, dining and kitchen make for a warm, friendly great room environment for making meals, watching the big game or just hanging out together. Watch the wild life with neighborhood deer that come to visit, eagles that hang out on the tree in the ocean view or the seals (and surfers) that play just 70 feet below where you sit. This is a great winter storm-watching house as the waves will crest right in front of your eyes so close it feels as if you are surfing and unbeatable in summer months where you can watch whales swim by right outside your back door or the city lights dance across the water on clear nights.
