The two bedroom, two bath deluxe condos at The Resort are approximately 950 square feet. These units are limited to 6 guests and offer a compete kitchen, living and dining room, and balcony. They are furnished with a king bed, two twins and a queen size Murphy bed in the living area. The deluxe units are located on the upper four floors of the building and have a jetted tub. The non-deluxe two bedroom units are located on the lower floors and may come with a queen bed rather then twins in the second bedroom.

The Resort at Seaside has quickly become one of the area’s most popular luxury accommodations. Located on the oceanfront adjacent to the famous Seaside Turnaround, The Resort offers guests a unique lodging experience. It starts with experiencing spectacular ocean views from your balcony, to enjoying year around swimming in the outdoor pools and spas. In between you can exercise on the treadmill in the fitness center, play pool in the game room, buy souvenirs at the gift shop, or just step outside to go to the beach or visit the downtown attractions.

We are confident the condominiums at The Resort will provide you with everything you need to enhance your vacation. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living area and breakfast counter, a gas fireplace, an outside barbecue, multiple televisions with DVD players, and ocean views from private balconies. The grand swimming pool is a comfortable 85 degrees all year, and is the centerpiece of the courtyard. Surrounding it are two spas, a children’s pool and ample space for sunbathing and socializing.


The Resort is ready to cater to your every need. If you desire extra soap or additional towels all you need to do is contact housekeeping. If you are looking for information about local attractions, places to eat and shop, or where to get a massage, all you need to do is ask the concierge in the lobby.

Mininum Stay Requirements


In July and August this Property has a 4 night minimum. We do not take reservations for less than Four nights at this time. During September through June there is 2 a night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
