Accomidating 8 adults and 2 children with parking for 3 vehicals, this property is located in the south part of Seaside known as the Cove across the street from Oregon’s most popular surfing spot and just a easy mile strol or bikeride to downtown. The home was built in 2004 and offers 3300 square feet of luxurious living with panoramic white water ocean surf views. It is on three levels with bedrooms on each level. The first floor has a large bedroom with a queen bed and a full futon bed along with a TV/DVD/XBOX and bathroom/laundry room. Located on the main level is an open living room with plasma TV, surround sound, gourmet chef’s kitchen and dining area. There is also an office/ bedroom on this floor with a queen hide-a-bed and wireless DSL for your laptop as well as a full bath. The top floor has three bedrooms and two more bathrooms. The master bedroom faces the ocean and is furnished with a king bed with a TV/DVD and features a jetted tub in the bath. The other two bedrooms offer views of the ocean and golf course and each has a queen bed. There is a two car garage and three separate decks for enjoying the view. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure.

Minimum Stay Requirements

over hood to coast weekend 8/27-29/2010 we are now accepting 2 night rentals at this location. if you wish to stay longer than two nights contact the office for a dicounted rate.

For remaining dates in 2010: July and August this home has a 4 night minimum for stays that go into or over weekends. We are flexable for shorter stays mid week OR if there is a opening between reservation for less than 4 nights. We do not take reservations for less than Two nights at this time. During September through June there is 2 a night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. The last weekend in August over Hood to Coast we will accept a 4 night booking starting 8/27. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.

In 2011 This home has a week minimum in July and August starting on Friday. During September through June there is 2 a night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
