A spectacular ocean view greets you as you enter this newly restored home. The centerpiece of this two-level, 1900 square foot house is a unique rock fireplace. Enjoy the view from the living and dining rooms or step outside onto the front deck to feel the ocean breezes. The property is fenced and is landscaped with a small lawn. The main floor has two bedrooms and a bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a full size bed. Laundry facilities and storage for your bikes are located in the garage just steps from the kitchen. The master bedroom, located upstairs, provides panoramic ocean views from Tillamook Head to Washington. It is furnished with a king size bed and offers a gas log fireplace. Another bath and second bedroom with a queen bed are also located on this floor. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge of $95/winter and $150/summer ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure.

Minimum Stay Requirements


In July and August this home has a Week minimum starting on Sunday. We do not take reservations for less than Two nights at this time. During September through June there is 2 a night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
