1617 Beach is in South Seaside near the historical Lewis and Clark Salt Works. The Prom and beach are just 200 feet away, with shops, groceries, golf and entertainment all within eight blocks. This shingle covered home was built in the 1940's and has been completely updated while maintaining all of its traditional charm. The two-level home has 1900 square feet with a rich, wood interior throughout. The main floor includes the living and dining rooms and kitchen. There is a full bath and two bedrooms on both floors. The first floor bedrooms open to a private patio and fenced-in yard. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other room a full size bed. The second floor bedrooms offer views of the ocean. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and two twin beds. There is a detached garage for your bikes and beach toys. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge of $90/winter and $150/summer ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure.
In July and August this home has a 4 night minimum for stays that go into or over weekends. We are flexable for shorter stays mid week OR if there is a opening between reservation for less than 4 nights. We do not take reservations for less than Two nights at this time. During September through June there is 2 a night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
